This spring the International Science Festival Gothenburg is teaming up with HiberWorld to bring you the Create Your Own World competition.
Hiber is a Gothenburg based company that has been building a universally accessible web-first, no-code, platform called HiberWorld that allows anyone to create their own world in the metaverse.
The Competition
- The challenge is to create and publish a world on the HiberWorld platform between 28 February and 20 April 2023.
- When creating your world, use the words Science, Festival and Limits to inspire your design.
- Unleash your creativity anywhere! The HiberWorld platform is accessible on all web browsers and smartphones, so you can create on the bus, in the park, or when your food is cooking!
- Tag your world with #sciencefest23 before publishing it in HiberWorld.

Winners
The world that has received the highest number of likes on HiberWorld by the end of day on 20 April will win the Best Overall World category.
A jury will choose two more winners in the categories: Visual and Creative.
Winners will be announced on 22 April at the World Culture Museum in Gothenburg and online. All winners will receive a Headset and Keyboard Bundle Gift courtesy of Hiber (or can alternatively choose a digital gift).
